I knew when I put this on the frame last week it would be a doozy! My customer spent a year on this quilt. Lots of English paper piecing and needle turn applique in this beauty. The quilting needed to be only the background so her work would shine! I never went into her solid fabrics as she had done a bold, hand stitching on these blocks.
